TOKAI ERFTCARBON is very closely linked to the region through its more than 100-year company history. Thinking and acting responsibly as an employer is just as important to us as the topic of the environment and the alignment of our perspective towards sustainable, resource-saving economic activity. This is accompanied by a continuous and overarching improvement process – part of our holistic quality promise, which we strive to live up to every day. TOKAI ERFTCARBON has therefore been successfully certified in accordance with the occupational health and safety standard ISO 45001, the environmental protection management standard ISO 14001 and the energy management standard ISO 50001, in addition to the quality management standard ISO 9001.
Compliance Manual
TOKAI ERFTCARBON has established for itself a basic policy, guidelines and a code of ethics. In it, we commit to acting fairly, taking social responsibility and protecting the environment and people. We conduct our business activities in accordance with these guidelines and the code of ethics. At the same time, we adhere strictly to the relevant laws, rules and regulations.
We have compiled all ethical and compliance standards of conduct in a handbook as a guide. It is designed to help both managers and all employees to properly understand and comply with the regulations in the performance of their daily duties.
